Cover-to-Cover Press reserves first-time publishing rights, albeit all rights over the work are reverted back to you after your work has been published in our issues. If later on your work is reprinted by another source, please credit Cover-to-Cover Press as the original publisher.

 

Cover-to-Cover Press reserves the right to keep your work on our website indefinitely, along with the right to display your work on Cover-to-Cover’s social media, advertising, and printed issues. 

 

As for submitted artwork, images, and photographs, you agree to allow Cover-to-Cover Press to display this on our website, social media, advertising, and printed issues. If your work is used in any of the aforementioned content, your artwork, images, or photographs will always be credited to you.  However, Cover-to-Cover Press retains no rights over submitted images, artworks, or photographs, meaning all of these rights belong to the submitter. 

 

Cover-to-Cover Press reserves the right to modify accepted works in terms of word-choice, phrasing, spelling, and capitalization.

 

Lastly, we ask that all submittors of anything to Cover-to-Cover Press confirm that your work is wholly original, does not violate or infringe upon the copyright or privacy of any other person, company, or organization whatsoever, and that you, the submitter, are the sole owner and creator of the work to be published. Cover-to-Cover Press leaves this legal liability and burden on the submitters.
